Just got this from another Power 7 Client I have... It uses AMSI to fix the
Control Panel

(the following procedure can be done concurrently, no need to turn off
the Managed System)

1) Access the Advanced System Management Interface (ASMI), using 'admin'
as User ID.

2) In the navigation area of the ASMI, select Concurrent Maintenance and
then Control panel.

3) At Control Panel window, select Remove and click Continue.

4) Choose the control panel location (record the location as
'U78C0.001.DBJxxxx-D1', where xxxx is the drawer# that contains the
Operator Panel) and click Save Settings. If the operation was
successful, the window displays Operation completed successfully.
==> No need to unplug/replace the Operator Panel (it is
just a 'dummy replacement').

5) At the control panel window, select Install and click Continue.

6) Choose the control panel location (previously recorded on the above
step# 4) and click Save Settings. If the operation was successful, the
window displays Operation completed successfully.

I put in a new 4 core 720 the other day and over the weekend it posted a
SRC B1561111. This appears to be a know bug. The system is running 7.1 with
the latest CUME and Group PTFs. Firm data is as shown below.

The issue is that after 25 days of no one using the System Control Panel,
it locks and postes this SRC. You can prevent it by using it sometime before
25 days goes by. I presume that once used the clock is reset. If you happen
to let it go too long you will need to power off and unplug the system to
reset.

*Here's this system Firmware info*

*PERM AL720_066 MH01215 *NONE *NONE None

*Here is the work around from IBM*
I've been told that the fix for the srcB1561111 error, (cause for attention
light) will be in the next Firmware Level.
Mean while If needed, a work around can be performed if needed.
Power the system down with restart no.
Then pull the power cord , this will reset the FSP service processor which
controls the ops panel.
But the error will come back in another 25 days If the control panel is not
used.
This is not critical.
You can go into Service Tools and clear the attention light.
1. Start a service tool
7. Hardware service manager
6. Work with service action log
Select Time Frame you can go back a month, leave all other options as
defaults and press enter.
Service Action Log Report- at the bottom of screen will be an F-6 key, next
screen F-10.
this will clear the light.
