There's a phone number and a priority code on the IWS site at http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/software/iws

There's also an email address there for support

Knowing the person in charge of this area at IBM, I feel they are pretty aggressive about helping people. But YMMV - I've not tried the route at the site.

I would think there is a question-mark link on the config admin site that'd help with security settings. There should be a tab somewhere there for this kind of thing. If not, yell at IBM!

At the site are links to lots of articles - maybe one of them is what you saw.

Can anybody point me to some simple, basic instructions (that assume the

GSKit working (specifically, for the AXIS engine in the IWS client support)?

Or, for that matter, instructions for getting the IWS server accepting
HTTPS connections? (I know I saw something about that one, sometime in
the past month and a half, but I can't remember where.)

The project this relates to is still in the proof-of-concept stage, and
already the customer is bugging us to get it switched over to HTTPS.
