Well, if you decide on upgrading to 545 you may have to put back any
customizations that you put in there with stuff like CHGCMDDFT and other
related items.

I did this several times. Like the 270 I upgraded to 545 so that I could
do an unload/reload to power 6 hardware and then upgrade it to 6.1 (then
6.1.1 then 7.1 as time went by).
