Greetings,

We are looking to replace our twinax attached label printer with a Zebra
S4M. I have spent some time combing the archives and although I could
not find anything specifically related to the S4M, I did find some
interesting threads.

Does anyone have any experiences with the S4M on connectivity, ease of
use, programming.... From what I have seen in the archives, seems that
the ZebraNet 10/100 print server is the recommend integration method and
that ZPL language is fairly easy to pick up - any thoughts?

We are using a 520 box (v6r1) and some really old COBOL programs to
create our labels. If anyone has any thoughts (pros/cons) for another
alternative, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
