Hi, Kirk:

Read the DSPOBJD outfile, and then use various system APIs to analyze each object in the list.

For *PGMs, you can use QCLRPGMI to get the same information seen with DSPPGM.

For *SRVPGMs, you can use the QBNRSPGM API to get the same information seen with DSPSRVPGM.

Does that help?

I need to write my own ANZOBJCVN for a system running V5R1. A Simple
DSPOBJD to an outfile isn't giving me the Observable bit. I was hoping to
be able to do a DSPPGM to an outfile but I can only display or print. Is
there a simpler way than printing the DSPPGM output, copying it to a PF and
reading the file for the line(s) I need?

Many many program objects have V2 and V3 compile so I can't rely on compiler
version either

Thanks
