Maybe investigate the Alert Options for the message identifiers; see ALROPT() parameter of the CRTMSGD and CHGMSGD commands. Define the alert action to send a data queue entry and\or generate an SNMP trap, then monitor a data queue for example. I do not recall where the documentation is for setting up the alerts. In implementing similar in the past a few times without any user-manual, by only using review and the mimic of existing alert-capable messages from the CMDALR menu, I recall setup by that means as a real PITA.
