It only affects screen displays that are compiled, etc to 24x132 all
others (which is the default) are compiled, designed for 24x80.

For some reason, I thought that setting changed "everything" to 132
column,
including normal screens and menus. Once again, the list comes
through.....and once again, I feel like an idiot.....

It's a Client Access setting. Click Communication, Configure, and look at
the display size.

menus, etc. were 80 column but when she went in to look at reports on the
outq, they were in 132 column format. Is that possible?
