Create a command named MYWRKSPLF (or even WRKSPLF) in a library that will be
higher in the library list than QSYS. Have your command only expose the
parms you want. Then have the CL program associated with your command call
WRKSPLF, and pass it the parms you want. There's probably a better way, so
I'll just watch the experts chime in.
