A scheduled backup of critical console data failed.
Problem determination
The possible return code values are: A 4 indicates that the removable media could not be mounted. Verify that the media is inserted correctly in the drive and try the operation again. A 5 indicates that the removable media is write protected. Remove write protection and try the operation again. Any value except 4 or 5 is an internal HMC error. Back up critical HMC data. If the problem persists, contact your next level of support or your service provider.

sound like a call to IBM may be in order.
