Hi
The issue i am facing is as below, if you start iseries navigator - AS400
system - Network - Servers - System i Access - Right Click on Database and
click on properties you can set connections coming from particular IP should
go to a different subsystem then standard QUSRWRK or QSERVER, i made some
changes there for testing, and now when i try to go back i get error.

In this error it says it is trying to call API QYSMRSVE failed with some
substring error

I want to remove the changes i made, but i cannot since i am not able to get
to that screen,

So i was hoping there would be a CL command to do the same

This program is not really a "documented" API but was apparently part of
some PTFs or fixes for a particular problem that occurred after an
upgrade to OS/400, and is explained here:

To see how I found this, click on this link (to "let me google that for
you"):

http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=QYSMRSVE

Then, on the last two links on the page of results, I clicked on the
"Translate this page" to view the results in English (since the page
where it was found is apparently in German.)

Cheers,
