Hi Mike,

I believe you already have a license to our iSeries Office Integrator
which can be used to run a script file on the PC and FTP the results
back to the iSeries.

Is there any reason you wouldn't use that ?

subject: RE: Scripted iSeries TELNET

Source is iSeries - target is UniData running on Windows.
FTP would not work as I need to get to the telnet session and run a
UniData command. I might be able to set a script to run on the server on
a scheduled basis and pipe the output to a file. Then use FTP from the
iSeries to get the file. Would prefer to have the either process
controlled at the iSeries

It will be secure telnet if I get this doing what I want.
