Once you have the CA installed, the server cert should work just fine.
Did you generate your own certificate or did you purchase one? I have
seen certificates have 3 levels and had to trust the first two before
the sever cert was trusted?

Verify with DCM what certificate is being used for the server you are
getting the error on. Each application may be assigned different SSL
certs. (Don't know why one would do that except by mistake.)
