Fire up iNav.
Expand Network, Servers, TCP/IP
Right click on SNTP (aka Simple Network Time Protocol Service)
Select Properties.
You should start Client. As your system i client will then go out to some
Server to get the time.
On the Client tab you will need the IP address of a SNTP server. Some
shops have one or more Windows servers providing this service. They in
turn go out to another server to get this service. Eventually y'all end
up at the atomic clock.

QUTCOFFSET is for display only on supported versions of the operating
