I don't believe that's even possible.

email is text based, so while most email readers can deal with HTML
text, I don't think they would be able to handle binary PDF data as
the body of the email. Even if you can send it, my guess is the
email reader will still show it as an attachment.

In any event, you'd need to generate the email with something that
supports sending a document as either an attachment or inline....Brad
Stone's MAILTOOL/SPLTOOL is one tool I've used to send spool data in
the body of an email instead of as an attachment. Gumbo and the
others can probably do it also.
