I used Midland Information Systems (http://www.midlandinfosys.com/) for used/refurbished memory in the past. Recently, however, I was looking for 8GB sticks for my JS12 blade and I couldn't get a competitive price. I ended up purchasing new from provantage.com. Those 8GB sticks from IBM were priced at $459.00 each . I got them from Provantage (DataRam actually) and they cost $261.20 each. They have run flawlessly.
