Dave the system understands '2' basic file systems ( at least for this
discussion ). One is the native file system using lib/obj naming (
QGPL/QCLSRC ). The other is the IFS which uses naming like a pc if you
will.( like the name you a re using ).

You need to tell the system which you want to use. before the put try
'namefmt 1'. This tells the system to use the pc style naming. I sometimes
have a problem with that cmd not being recognisesd. Most of the time I can
use the 'lcd' and 'cd' cmds to set my from and to locations. then simply put
filename
