DCM - Update public CA

Does IBM have an easy way to get all of the public CA's updated such as
Microsoft does via windows updates?

In other word, is there a PTF for updating the root CA that are shipped
with the OS. It appears that several are expiring and I really don't
want to do it one at a time. I have just manually updated VeriSign's CA
so we can post XML to one web service provider that uses a VeriSign
Certificate.
