At the Franken Labs we are finding that many of the "refurbished"
batteries are somewhat old and can be problematic. Since they are
lithium, we are having a small amount of trouble finding a source. The
local "Batteries Plus" etc will not mess with Lithium batteries due to
the dangers of working them. (They will gladly build or rebuild any of
the nicad varieties)
