Agree with what Pete says and also just to highlight that the ANZOBJCVN
report should give you a rough time estimation.

Our pre conversion report said the conversion would take 27 hours. The
actual conversion lasted 21h34m.

printing the report. If you haven't run this, you shouldn't have upgraded
to V6R1. By the way, every program that your users call will automatically
be converted (if it has Observability or Creation Data). That is why you
