that's darn near impossible to say! how many programs, service programs,
etc do you have? those are the objects that are converted. files
(display, printer, etc.) do not have to be converted. executables are the
objects converted. the number and size of the objects are the determining
factors. 20 users would not have much (if any) impact on the longevity of
the job. if the objects haven't been converted when used initially it
will convert on the fly similar to what occurred with a CISC to RISC
conversion. i'm guessing it wouldn't take more than a few hours...but
that's just a guess
