I'm not quite sure why he would say that. I performed this upgrade twice in
the last couple months and it was much smoother than I thought it would be.
I would ask him/her what reason for thinking it would be nasty is.

Subject: Questions on V5R4M5 Upgrade

We just ordered V5R4M5. Our business partner said this could be a nasty
upgrade. Might just want us to pay him to do it?
Has anyone upgraded to this release and if so, how did it go. What should we
be looking out for?

Thanks,
