Thanks Guys, Turns out that PC has CA from V5R2 on it. They are going to try
V5R4 and the latest SP and see what happens.

The problem like this that comes to mind is lack of write authority to
the default directory for saving macros, something like C:\Program Files
\IBM\Client Access\Emulator\Private\ if my memory serves.

There is an Access option to change that directory to one where the user
is allowed to write. I do not have ready access to iSeries Access right
now, so I cannot track down where you set that option.
