Duhh!!! Substring digits.


As you can see this SQL stuff is still new to us and we overlooked the obvious.

Although we did discover that we can use RIGHT and get the results we expect. But substring digits looks better.

We did not try it on the IBM i or we would have gotten the more informative error message about substringing a number. Thats for that tip, Dennis.

And I will look into IDATE program on think400.dk. That might have some possibility, except much of the SQL work we are doing is in PHP. But I'm sure we'll find a use for it sooner or later.
