Too many assumptions are being made.

You are assuming that:

1) Sneha has Client Access file transfer installed on his PC and that on the
system

2) He has file transfer ability allowed via Client Access administration,
and

3) There is /no/ third-party security software installed on the system
which locks down the ability to perform Client Access file transfers.

IMO, Sneha needs to provide more detailed information...

I used NOTEPAD to open it up and I could see all of the data.
The Packed Fields were 'junked' up a bit, but that can be correctted on

before you send the file.

You should have no problem using Client Access to transfer your file.
