FWiW I recall over the years seeing several PMRs for similar issues of a request being terminated part way through a transfer, IIRC for the same "unable to receive data" ending with FTP426, where each PMR closed with text suggesting effectively, that the "router was replaced, and problem no longer occurs". I always wondered if the hardware was really being removed\replaced or if maybe instead that either some firmware update or some configuration changes had [or either might have been able to have] possibly resolved the problem.

I just tried the same download myself, and it worked fine.

I can understand a firewall blocking a connection from being established, but I can't imagine one blocking an FTP download
in the middle.

Any insights?
