Since Vern mentioned ROBOT/Console, I should add that Help/Systems has a
similar product called Robot/Space that monitors disk usage as well. I don't
work for them or represent them in any way, but I do use several of their
other products and recommend them.

If you just want to stay cheap, you will need some way to send the
report/file via email. There are a few free utilities that have been written
over the years. There is ESPLF which was a freeware utility put out by
Bytware. They don't offer it anymore, but if you Google it, you be able to
find the source and compile it. Alex Nubla also wrote some utilities,
NETSPLF that you can find here:

We've been using Brad Stone's SPLTOOL/MAILTOOL suite for several years now
and are really pleased with them and his support. They're not free, but they
