It's interesting that I don't see them in every OS Upgrade material just
some. They usually come when there is some MES involved. Not saying that
it is hardware related, but have always seen them when there is an
Add/Remove document that is included with the OS Upgrade.

very little. It may be cheaper, due to handling costs, to just through
one in with each OS upgrade than to include it as a parted item in a
