That's disappointing. It seems that hosting organizations need
multiple ways to communicate with customers. Email, skype, telephone,
forums, on-line chat. It seems that customers would need more than
rental of space.

Yes. RZKH.DE uses Twitter. They even have supplied source code for a
send-to-twitter program that I'm unfortunately not in a position to test.
