Thanks for the explanation.

Back to the facebook example, if you did decide to drop 500 servers, is
doing it by cutting power from the PDU an acceptable way? Wouldn't it be
better to do their equivalent of PWRDWNSYS? On the i I'd rather someone
use PWRDWNSYS than to flip a breaker.
