Downgrading firmware. On phone with IBM now. They suggested upgrading

We have TS3100's with LTO3 and LTO4 drives. The order of the firmware
updates makes no difference that I've ever noticed. On the TS3100's (if
I'm updating both) I usually do the drives first, because the library
firmware requires a reboot.

Updating from the library's web interface is the easiest way by far,
IMO. If you don't have that set up I highly recommend doing it.
