Hi Chris,

There is a router that governs the DHCP connection (192.168.5.1). I am
trying to connect to the iSeries from the LAN 192.168.5.250 address now.

I did disable TLS1 and enabled SSL2/SSL3 for IE. Now in HTTPS, the
connection is not returning, but it just sits in a wait state.

So the iSeries ports are correct but the other two may not. Just swap
the cables in the back of the windows system and see if you can ping
them at all. TTL should not matter as you have no router in between?

I am able to ping the 192.168.5.250 address from another system on the
LAN, so the network connections are setup correctly.

The TTL on the 192.168.5.250 address is 255. I wonder if this is too
high for the iSeries.
