We don't use a whole lot of Java *on* the i, but we use a fair amount *around* it. One of our major products *depends* on a Java client (but an ILE server).

I still think, though, that it would be a far better language if it had been designed by, say, "Object PL/I" programmers instead of C++ programmers.
