application attempts to manage the
creation of Unwanted Objects/Files/Folders .. that will be great
The examination of every application that lands objects will leave open
holes
just because some users map the SHAREDDRive to their PCs

Yes but that can be controlled by having the process to create the
folder run under adopted authority that has permission to create in the
root share.
