Hello everyone,

There is a Specific Directory in our Production machine that is Shared
(we will call it SHAREDDirectory for simplicity)
All the employees in our company have access to this SHARED directory
locally or remotely.
Many applications Create SubFolders in this SHAREDDirectory and Send
documets there.

This SHAREDDIrectory with the properly created SubFolders
(CustomerFolders)
represent the Customer Numbers.

Documents related to the customers are stored in these
SubFolders(CustomerFolders)

The applications could use a specific group profile to land Documents in
these SubFolders (CustomerFolders)
that belong to the parent Shared Directory ( SHAREDDirectory)

But, once in a blue moon we find objects residing in the Parent
SHAREDDirectory that do not belong there.

My Question is ... : Is there a way to prevent the creation of these
objects in the Parent SHAREDDirectory?

Some sort of Command application Interface (like a validity checker
program)
Or other way to prevent these occurrences since there could be many ways
to send object to this SHAREDDirectory?

Thanks for your recommendations

X---> BadObject2 (Bad Object 2 is an object that should not be there)

BadObjects could be unwanted files/documents or folders
