PRUV is "Pre Upgrade Verification". Over Xmas I upgraded our development
system from v5r4 to v6r1. The PRUV tool is invaluable in helping to prepare
for the upgrade.

The tool is ANZOBJCVN and you download it via PTFs for V5R4 or V5R3 (Only
upported upgrade paths to V6R1). You should run the collection option and
hen you run the report option to figure out what programs won't convert to
6R1 (lacks observability or creation data). In addition, this report will
ell you how long to expect those conversions that will happen to take after
