You will also want to download the "PRUV" tool from IBM. I do not have the link with me, but a search at the IBM support site should work.

Are you referring to the ANZOBJCVN command that tells you if any objects will not run, as compiled, in V6? If so, there are PTF's for V5R3 and V5R4. I don't recall what the PTF numbers are, but I do know that "upgrades" have been issued (i.e., follow-on PTF's). I think you should be able to do a search at the System i support site (http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/index.html).
