I think you need to also (in addition to turning on chgobjaud) enable
command auditing at the user profile level with the chgusraud command.

But what I want to find out is *who* is using the command CHGWTR, so don't
know the userid. (As the sysadmin I have this level of auditing turned on
for *my* profile so we can report on all that I do).

Since I did the original post the use of CHGWTR has appeared once in the
audit log. The use of the CPP
appears more often. But I only invoke the CPP via the *CMD, so this is
puzzling.
