Why don't you just go to the download site and download the i5/OS images.
Then you can burn them yourself or send the images to a remote location to
be put into an image catalogue. This is the way of the future, so you might
as well get used to it. I have been downloading my images for some time
now, and it works great when you have a good connection.

Our I5OS is running V6 and is located in another state. This makes
loading a DVD-ROM in the CEC drive a challenge. We have software to
install from the DVD-ROM and would like to follow the below steps.
Please let me know if this can be done?

1. Insert software DVD-ROM on my Windows/XP pc drive.
2. FTP DVD files from my pc to the I5OS integrated file system
(IFS)
3. Copy these files from step 2 to a virtual optical image.
4. Add images from step 3 into an image catalog.
5. Install software using image catalog instead of the DVD on the
drive in the CEC.

Please be kind with your comments since I'm new to this platform.

TIA,

Rogers
