You surely don't expect me to answer that, but DSPSRVPGM of QQFUTILS shows
an interesting copyright statement:

...WebFacing Server for System i, i5/OS Version 5, Releases 2,3,4, Version
6, Release 1

(which did rather surprise me) on my V5R4 system lol

I suspect there are many things in the i operating system where you just
need access to the appropriate documentation.

I just happened upon service program QQFUTILS in QSYS, and if procedure
names are any indication, they appear to be similar to the virtual terminal
API. I'm not sure if that's meaningful to the discussion, but it seemed
like an interesting coincidence. Could they be the Webfacing API?
