Hello,

I have been trying to run a rmtcmd in a .bat file from my PC and it should run the job without forcing a signon window to popup as far as I can tell. I have tried several combinations of the command switches with single"/" and double "//" and in different positions, but I always get the popup window to sign on to the system. The command I am using:

rmtcmd "sbmjob cmd(call pgm(mickyb/bworderscl) parm('TST')) job(BWORDERS)" //user:xxxxx //password:yyyy //beast

The remote system is beast and it does seem to connect to this system this way. If I don't have the //beast it will try to connect to my local iSeries, but still asks for a signon password. I have checked the archives and google, but have not found anything that works so far. Any hints would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave
