Thanks, I forgot about the subsystem. However, now I am getting a new error:

I wonder if it has something to do with me trying to do a cold start as well as a base re-install....

Is subsystem QMQM running? Try a STRSBS and see if that makes the problem go
away. And yes, job queue QMQM should be associated (as part of the install)
with subsystem QMQM. Note that the subsystem description is in library QMQM,
where most system related SBSDs are in QSYS.

I checked the job queue for QMQM and there is no subsystem associated with
it. My question is - is that expected? I think it's getting hung up trying
to start the subsystem, but there's none attached.

So I tried a cold start and a reinstall of the base app but nothing has
resolved the issue...

I tried to call IBM, but for some reason their line has been busy all
day....what's up with that?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
