OK I finally found a doc by an IBMer Gene Cobb dated Jan 2008 called DB2 Web Query Run Time User Enablement and I think I have followed the instructions correctly, but I still can't get logged in

Error Number 19114
Severity Error
Description User is not licensed to use DB2 Web Query for System i.
Possible causes ibi.webfoc.wfmre.mrutil.WFMRError: User ID kirkgrt is not Licensed for Web Query. Please contact your DB2 Web Query for System i Administrator.
Actions Contact your administrator.


I have an existing domain ( demo for this discussion )and I did the following using QWEBQRYADM and QSECOFR
Created a group profiles by
crtusrprf MDDEMO password(*NONE)
crtusrprf MUDEMO password(*NONE)
I then created a basic user DEMORT and DEMOD
crtusrprf usrprf(DEMORT) grpprf(MUDEMO) crtusrprf usrprf(DEMOD) grpprf(MDDEMO) and finally used WQADDLIC to add MUDEMO and MDDEMO
