The "Load and apply information" section had two links - one for V4R* and
one for V5R*. So then I did a google search to locate what I thought would
be a V6R* equivalent.

I found the save files in QGPL. The Management Central server won't start
for some reason (it doesn't give me an error, it just hangs for about 1
minute in iNav and then returns control to me).

So, I will use GO PTF instead. The directions don't say to be in a
restricted state or at the console, but it appears that is the way to go
since they don't say to change the defaults and the defaults have me doing
an automatic IPL.

If the fixes are sent over the electronic customer support service link,
you can select to receive them as save files or as images. If you receive
them as save files, they are stored in library QGPL. You can use either
Management Central or the GO PTF menu to install fixes that you received
as save files. For fixes received as images, refer to Installing i5/OS
fixes from an image catalog at
