Must be something else in play here...

We've got multiple systems, each with a DDM file pointing to the TEST system.

The remote DB jobs for the other systems are started with a named
profile, while this one system's is started under QUSER.

I don't see the any reference to the named profile being used in the
communication entries.

Quick question about DDM, what determines the job user for the remote
database job?

Example, QUSER below:

 Cause . . . . . :   The remote database job 771846/QUSER/REMOTE1 has

   started on target system TEST.  The connection uses remote location
TEST,


We got other jobs that are using a user profile other than QUSER and I
can't recall what controls that.  Not that I've ever done much with
DDM anyway! :)

These are for DDM files using SNA.
