The text for B900 is: A permanent I/O processor failure occurred

37FF is an indication of which one.

Hi everyone,

I have a system which keeps getting stuck on SRC B90037FF during IPL.
I've done some searches on this SRC and all I've found is suggestions to
IPL again. I've done so and it always comes back. This is a 170 at
v5r3m0. It is one of those double wide boxes. Any clues on how to fix
it?

James Rich

if you want to understand why that is, there are many good books on
the design of operating systems. please pass them along to redmond
when you're done reading them :)
