we aren't using WAS but i checked the service program and it's all v6.1.

Perhaps WAS plugin referencing code installed on a prior release;
e.g. v5r4? WRKOBJ *ALL/QSVTCMMNH will probably present an object
from a prior release. I can not recall if the plugin details are
stored in an environment variable or the HTTP config data, but maybe
disabling the WAS plugin will circumvent, pending actual resolution?
