FWiW: A review of the definition of SYSKEYS [e.g. DSPFD QSYS2/SYSKEYS] will find the test DBIATR='IX' in the WHERE clause. That eliminates database logical files which are either non-SQL ['LF'] or SQL VIEW ['VW'] objects. Always verify the definition of the catalog VIEW, to ensure the data of interest will be included, before attempting to use the supplied VIEW rather than one created specific for the task at hand.
