subject: what is OPCIP03?

on the BC-S I create an IBM i partition using a 100 GB virtual disk
allocated from an IVM storage pool. When I activate this partition, with
the
I_BASE CD in the media tray, I get a reference code A6005008 "DST
console
failed to respond. Perform OPCIP03."

I start the ops console before I activate the partition. The ops
console
status is "connecting console". What is OPCIP03?

thanks,
