Starange case in *ENTRY

Dear All,
Today I have come across a strange problem in *Entry

I have 2 parameters in *Entry Which are FileName 35A, RtnCode 1A when
I initialize RtnCode = *Blank, one character getting blank in FileName
field.

Ex: FileName = '124567890123654987995235326102.TXT'

Once I initialize RtnCode = *Blank my File name become like this FileName =
'124567890123654987995235326102.T T' any one have an Idea about this.
