I haven't seen this error, but I'll ask a few questions that may jog your
memory.

Have you started printing any new reports that might have triggered this
error?
Have there been any recent changes to the printer configuration?
Have you looked at the error logs on the printer? The printer manual and
the IPDS manual detail how to do this.
Does this printer stay on 24/7? If so, try cycling the power. But be sure
to wait at least 30 seconds between power off and power on to fully
reinitialize the IPDS functions.

Ibm 6400 printer(*IPDS) and CPI3385

We have started receiving this message on reports that are in the 30+
page range.
It will put the spool file on hold(after partially printing the report)
and then continue to the next spool file.
The user can usually go back and release the spool file and it will
print correctly the next time.

I have been searching the web but there just isn't much information
regarding this.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any ideas to the cause/Resolution?

Thanks

Mike
